Refund & Cancellation Policy
When you can cancel an order or ask for your money back.

Reports
A report is prepared personally for you, so it cannot be cancelled once preparation has started. If you cancel before we begin, you get a full refund.
Consultations
You can reschedule a consultation free of charge if you tell us at least 24 hours before. If you cancel at least 24 hours before, you get a full refund.
If something goes wrong
If we cannot deliver what you ordered, or you were charged twice, we will refund the amount in full.
How refunds are paid
Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 working days after we approve them.
How to ask
Call or message us with your order number and the reason. We usually reply within one working day.
